Nations can interact with each other via an in-depth diplomacy system which allows them to create alliances, join wars, trade agreements and many other features. With differing government types ranging from tribal nations to monarchies, republics and dictatorships, nations can reform into a new government type which might change their whole game plan, such as from a tribe into a republic. Not all nations are equal, and some are more civilised than others. There are upwards of 100 nations to choose from and all of them are playable, with differing cultures, ideas, governments and locations to make each of them unique to play. Whilst there is technically no end date after the game's start, there are various bookmark dates which change the world depending on the historical timeframe, including the very first Morsian government type, the Morsian Kingdom, though to their near complete domination over the planet. ![]()
